Services

We provide corporate transport, employee transportation, airport transfers, luxury chauffeur services, and customized mobility solutions.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Service coverage may vary depending on location and operational feasibility.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be made through our website, app, or authorized representatives.

Cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid charges.

Last-minute cancellations may attract fees as per our cancellation policy.

No-shows are considered chargeable.

Payments

All payments must be made through approved channels (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods).

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, tolls, and parking charges, unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may attract additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details (pickup point, time, passenger count, etc.).

Passengers are expected to maintain discipline and avoid damage to vehicles.

Any loss or damage to vehicles caused by passengers may be charged to the customer.

Safety & Conduct

All our drivers are verified and trained.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Alcohol consumption, smoking, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

The company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger violating safety norms..

Liability

While we strive for 99.5% on-time performance, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

Green Holiday is not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, business losses, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the specific booking.

MIS & Reporting

Corporate clients may receive detailed MIS reports.

Reports are system-generated and based on recorded trips.

Any discrepancy should be reported within 7 working days.

Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
